Terms of Use

Last updated: July 10, 2026. By using Kapari you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Pierre Barreaud, sole proprietor, Olivet, France (contact: contact@kapari.eu).

What Kapari is, and is not

Kapari simulates the plausible reactions of a panel of synthetic sociological profiles to a decision you describe. Its purpose is to help you think: surface objections, fracture lines and blind spots before you announce.

Kapari is not a poll, not a survey, not an opinion measurement and not a prediction. Outputs are AI-generated explorations of plausible reactions, never a measurement of any real population and never a forecast of outcomes. No real person is interviewed. Outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial or market-research advice, and decisions you make remain entirely yours.

Beta access and accounts

The service is in closed beta. Access is granted individually and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of what you submit. Monthly usage quotas apply and are shown in your account.

Acceptable use

Your content and our rights

Two points in plain terms. First, documents you attach are never transmitted nor kept: only the extracted analysis (facts, stakeholders, tensions) travels with the saved simulation, and the analysis you choose to file as a folder note is kept until you delete it; such notes may describe third parties and remain under your exclusive control (edit, deactivate, delete, note by note or by folder). Second, the "Search public facts" feature sends your queries to an external search engine only upon your explicit confirmation, query by query.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the technical license needed to operate the service (processing, storage, display back to you, and sharing only when you create a share link). The Kapari software, design, knowledge base and brand remain our property. Share links are read-only and revocable by you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on simulated outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page (self-service, with cascading deletion of your content). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. The French version is available at kapari.eu/cgu.html.
