The method: reading the bench's signals

Every Hub case comes out of a real run of the Kapari engine: a panel of simulated voices reacts to a decision, and the bench returns how the panel responds on five steps (from outright rejection to clear support), a reception risk (Low, Moderate, High), the range of reactions and a series of computed signals. This page defines each signal and says what a decision-maker does with it. These are not polls or predictions: simulated voices, to see the frictions coming. Deciding always happens under uncertainty; Kapari sheds light on the decision, it does not make it.

The dissenting voices

On the simulated panel, a voice whose sentiment crosses its own group's line: its camp leans one way, it reports the other. The signal only fires on a clear gap, never on nuance.

Common ground

Two opposed camps of the panel (one won over, one lost) share the same dominant friction: they stumble on the same point for different reasons.

The noise

The computed cross of a group's weight in the composition and what its voices report they would do: a carrying bloc, an opposing bloc, dormant weight, or loud snipers without weight.

Volume is not influence: weight comes from each family's share of the panel, not from how loudly it reacts. A loud group without weight can saturate the debate without changing the outcome; a heavy bloc, even a quiet one, can carry or block the decision.
